Catator Appoints Fhleming Christensen as Senior Military Advisor

Catator AB announces the appointment of Fhleming Christensen as new member of its Advisory Board. Christensen brings over two decades of experience in defense industry leadership, strategic development, and international operations. His appointment supports Catator’s continued focus on delivering low signature energy solutions for modern defense requirements.

Christensen currently serves as Deputy Head of NIAG Sweden and Senior Military Advisor at Saab AB, where he has held multiple executive roles including Vice President of Business Development, Vice President Government Relations, and Deputy Head of Security and Defense Solutions. Prior to his industry career, he served in the Swedish Armed Forces, where he held senior command positions including Brigadier General, General Inspector for Training and Education, and Commanding Officer of the Swedish Battlegroup in Kosovo.

Christensen’s knowledge and experience will support Catator in improving, developing and commercializing its compact and efficient solutions for power units that reform logistics fuels into hydrogen. This hydrogen is used to drive fuel cells, providing silent and low-signature frontline electricity for drone recharging, EW, communications, sensors and autonomous platforms.

“Catator’s technology addresses several operational challenges faced in modern defense operations, particularly the need for reliable, low-signature power in surveillance-heavy zones. Its modular design and compatibility with existing logistics frameworks make it a practical solution for supporting distributed systems at the tactical edge. I look forward to contributing to its continued development and ensuring alignment with evolving operational requirements” says Fhleming Christensen.

The solution is based on Catator’s proprietary CataRex® reformer, a technology developed and refined over 25 years. It has demonstrated high efficiency and robustness in demanding environments and is suitable for integration into mobile and modular defense systems.

Modern military operations increasingly take place in highly monitored environments where mobility, stealth and operational endurance are critical. In such conditions, traditional power sources can be vulnerable to detection and disruption.

Catator’s technology for low-signature power generation helps mitigate these risks by enabling quiet, decentralized energy generation close to the point of use. This reduces signatures and exposure during resupply and enhances survivability in contested areas
