Welcome Lars Eiming – New Engineering Manager Marine Systems
Catator welcomes Lars Eiming as our new Engineering Manager – Marine Systems. With more than 18 years of experience delivering advanced technical solutions in the marine industry, Lars brings deep knowledge of propulsion systems, gas supply systems and project leadership. His background includes complex marine projects with both technical and commercial responsibility – often involving new fuel technologies and international collaboration.
In his new role, Lars will lead the development of Catator’s marine system solutions, from concept development to detailed design and delivery. He will oversee system-level design tasks including mass balances, P&IDs, functional descriptions and selection of balance-of-plant components, ensuring that all designs meet marine standards and safety requirements.
Lars joins Catator from Everllence formerly known as MAN Energy Solutions, where he served as Principal Technical Project Manager. He brings extensive experience in system design, stakeholder collaboration and commissioning – including projects involving alternative fuels such as ethane and methane. His background also includes practical experience with supply chain risk management and technical coordination across complex, safety-critical systems.
“Joining Catator is a unique opportunity to contribute to next-generation energy systems and bring my marine engineering background into a new context. I look forward to working with a skilled and agile team that is truly focused on innovation and industrial impact,” says Lars.
With his strong technical foundation, global commercial understanding, and positive mindset, Lars adds valuable perspective as Catator continues to expand its portfolio of catalytic solutions for the maritime sector.
