New White Paper: CataLite® DeOxo
Oxygen removal is a critical challenge across hydrogen and inert-gas systems. This new white paper outlines the fundamentals of DeOxo and presents Catator’s high-performance approach based on our CataLite® coating technology.
Removing trace oxygen is essential for safe and stable operation in hydrogen processes, yet many existing DeOxo solutions face limitations such as pressure drop, uneven temperature profiles and restricted throughput.
The white paper introduces CataLite® DeOxo, combining our proprietary CataLite® coating with mesh-based substrates to deliver fast, stable and complete oxygen conversion under demanding conditions. The results demonstrate high activity, strong thermal robustness and very high permissible GHSV, enabling compact and efficient reactor designs.
“DeOxo is becoming increasingly important for many of our customers, and we’re already discussing integration of CataLite® DeOxo with several partners. As demonstrated in the white paper, we’re advancing the technology rapidly, and this is an area where we will continue to invest,” says Tarras Delin, CEO at Catator.
DeOxo plays a central role across the hydrogen value chain, and it is a rapidly expanding application area. If DeOxo performance is important for your system, we welcome you to contact us for a consultation.
